Product Designer – AI-driven Enterprise Software

About the role

Brain Co. is building AI‑native operating systems for regulated institutions. We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to shape the visual and structural design of complex, AI‑driven software products that serve enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.
• Experiment with emerging AI design tools such as Lovable and v0 to evolve the design function.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Design sophisticated software experiences that prioritize usability, scalability, and aesthetics for enterprise and governmental environments.
• Help establish and evolve a design system and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Advocate for users by continuously gathering insights and iterating on product experiences.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in software product design with a strong portfolio of complex enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of creating workflow‑oriented products that boost user productivity.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience with AI‑driven or data‑intensive software is a significant plus.
