Producer – Full‑Time, Hybrid (Los Angeles)

About the role

Unboxed Group is seeking a highly organized Producer to drive the execution of bold brand experiences. Based in Los Angeles, you will split your week between the office and remote work, acting as the operational heartbeat for projects from concept through on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative concepts aligned with client goals.
• Support proposals, pitches and RFPs, ensuring clear alignment with client objectives.
• Source and evaluate vendors, venues and partners to meet creative and logistical needs.
• Translate creative ideas into detailed production plans with concrete deliverables.
• Build and manage detailed project budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Track timelines, anticipate delays, and keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as the primary production point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate status, deliverables and issues proactively to internal and client teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders—including creative, operations and finance—to ensure seamless execution.
