Processing Agent – Weekend Shift

About the role

The Processing Agent works on the weekend shift to handle harvested cannabis flower material, ensuring it is prepared, weighed, logged, and stored according to strict quality and compliance standards. This position is essential for maintaining product consistency and supporting the company’s mission of professionalizing the cannabis industry.

Key responsibilities

• Process harvested flower material, including grating and sorting.
• Weigh and log all processed material accurately.
• Collect samples and perform quality‑control tests.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Safely transport products from the workspace to storage areas.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict health, safety, and compliance policies.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
