Process Operator – Day Shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)

About the role

The Process Operator works on the production line that manufactures ranch dressing. The position is day‑shift (Monday‑Friday, 6:00 AM‑2:30 PM) and involves operating, monitoring and troubleshooting heavy stationary and moving equipment across blending, process, bottling, dry or warehouse areas.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and maintain GMP, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform accurate quality‑assurance checks and enter production data into SAP and LED displays.
• Complete CIL/PM tasks, ensure proper work‑place organization (WPO) and maintain standard work for assigned machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process failures and changeovers; remove or replace parts using hand tools.
• Handle raw‑material blending, repetitive heavy lifting, cycle counting, FIFO material handling and forklift operations.
• Support packaging lines (Atlas, Zeus, Pluto, Ceres, Hade) on both P1 and P2 lines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use networked computer applications, email and SAP.
• Sound judgment for decision‑making based on available information.
