Process Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Process Intelligence Specialist to shape the future of digital procurement through process intelligence, automation, analytics, and AI. You will analyze and document business processes, establish scalable standards, and design automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to create a foundation for optimization and automation.
• Use Celonis and other process intelligence tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and build solutions with Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, and AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
• Create intuitive, user‑focused process documentation and experiences.
• Apply AI‑driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.
• Work with data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Required profile

• A builder mindset with a passion for creating solutions, not just identifying problems.
• Strong technical and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience or strong interest in process intelligence, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Curiosity, creativity, and confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
