Process Engineer – Semiconductor & Display Manufacturing

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimise manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyse data, perform hardware characterisation, troubleshoot engineering issues and generate technical documentation while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiments, collect data, analyse results and compile reports on complex process engineering studies.
• Perform hardware characterisation on a variety of advanced systems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve difficult process engineering issues.
• Measure film properties, interpret data and support product development.
• Generate internal documentation, presentations and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex concerns under limited supervision.
• Identify, select and partner with vendors and suppliers for new technology implementation.
• Lead project teams and serve as a resource for junior colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical problems.
