Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer IV you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced semiconductor and display technologies, collecting and analyzing data, characterizing hardware, and collaborating with customers and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and test wafer‑level experiments on advanced processing tools.
• Collect, analyze and report data from PVD, CVD, Etch and RTP processes.
• Generate technical documentation, specifications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and R&D teams to resolve complex process issues.

Required profile

• Experienced semiconductor process engineer with hands‑on work in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of PVD, CVD, Etch or RTP processes; CMOS or compound semiconductor integration preferred.

Required skills

• PVD, CVD, Etch, RTP process expertise.
• Wafer‑level experiment design and hardware characterization.
• Film property measurement and data analysis.
