Process Architect

About the role

Veeva is leading the life‑sciences industry’s shift from paper‑based documents to data‑centric processes. As a Process Architect you will design and implement the migration of legacy, document‑centric validation workflows into a modern, relational data ecosystem within Veeva Validation Management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to extract requirements from legacy Word documents and map them into structured Vault environments.
• Reconcile customer‑specific metadata to ensure data alignment across the validation lifecycle.
• Execute bulk data loads and manage staged data for workshops and process exercises.
• Partner with customers as a trusted advisor on best practices for importing and utilizing Validation Management.
• Develop and own specialized tooling and methodologies for data migration across Vault environments.
• Deliver billable project work ranging from artifact mapping to enterprise‑level deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of life‑sciences validation experience with deep knowledge of CSV/A and CQV lifecycles.
• Proven consulting or professional‑services background with ability to lead technical workshops and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying configuration gaps between legacy data and system templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical or related).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

• Base salary $120,000 – $180,000 per year (plus variable bonus and/or stock options)
