About the role

TeachMe.To is seeking enthusiastic surfing coaches to deliver private lessons in Arroyo Grande. As an independent instructor on our platform, you will set your own schedule and rates while helping students of all levels improve their surfing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customized surfing coaching tailored to each student’s needs.
• Design lesson plans and training regimens that develop technique, confidence, and understanding.
• Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages progress and enjoyment.
• Apply innovative teaching methods and creative drills to ensure consistent improvement and student retention.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a surfing coach, instructor, or similar teaching role.
• A genuine passion for surfing and a strong desire to inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
