Private Equity Associate – Healthcare Services

About the role

An elite private equity firm is expanding its healthcare services investment team and seeks a Private Equity Associate. You will join a hands‑on investing environment with full deal‑cycle exposure and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities in lower middle‑market healthcare services businesses.
• Support investment committee decisions with rigorous analysis and presentation.
• Contribute to portfolio company strategy and drive organic growth initiatives.
• Work directly with founders and management teams to build high‑quality healthcare platforms.
• Participate in all stages of the deal process, from sourcing to execution and post‑investment monitoring.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of investment banking experience, preferably focused on healthcare services or broader healthcare.
• Strong interest in healthcare services and value‑creation in lower middle‑market companies.
• Self‑starter with comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, responsibility‑driven environment.
• Current investment banking professionals, especially those with a healthcare focus, will be prioritized.
