Private Equity Associate - Healthcare

About the role

The firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate to support the evaluation and execution of investments across the healthcare sector. This position provides significant exposure to the full deal lifecycle within a lean‑team environment, offering direct interaction with senior investors and portfolio company management.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across healthcare services, HCIT, diagnostics, and medtech.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials.
• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support transaction execution, structuring discussions, and deal negotiations.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, strategic analysis, and ongoing value‑creation initiatives.
• Participate in management meetings, industry research, and thematic investment work.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or healthcare‑focused investing.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with high responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with management teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in long‑term investing and partnering with growth‑stage businesses.
