About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team in the Columbia area. The RN will provide one‑to‑one, high‑quality home care to clients, following doctors' orders and documenting care accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client homes on a schedule you help create.
- Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of South Carolina.
Required skills
- Ability to perform clinical assessments and document care.
- Knowledge of home health regulations and doctors' order execution.
