About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty home care for pediatric or adult clients in the Washington Township area. You will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in clients' homes, following doctors' orders and documenting all activities.

Key responsibilities

Travel to client homes on a self‑selected schedule and provide one‑to‑one care.
Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
Record observations, interventions, and evaluations in electronic charts.

Required profile

Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN license in good standing.
Passion for pediatric or adult home care and ability to work independently.

Required skills

Electronic charting using Statewise.

Hourly pay $28‑$38 based on experience.
