Private Dining Manager – Multi-Store NYC

About the role

The Private Dining Manager will lead private dining revenue across Eataly’s three New York City locations. You will build long‑term client relationships, drive new business, and ensure flawless event execution that reflects Eataly’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage private dining operations across all NYC stores.
• Lead the full sales cycle: lead response, proposal creation, conversion, event coordination, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, concierges, and local organizations.
• Manage the sales pipeline using Tripleseat or a similar CRM/event management platform.
• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, BEOs, floor plans, and event details.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, operations, and restaurant leadership to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, lead response time, average spend, and event profitability.
• Support development of drop‑off and off‑premises catering opportunities.
• Represent Eataly at networking events, tastings, and industry functions.
• Assist senior management with training, delegation, and team development as the business expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in private dining, catering sales, or event management within a high‑volume hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong networking abilities and local market awareness.
• Relationship‑driven approach to business development.

Required skills

• Experience with Tripleseat or similar CRM/event management platforms.
