Private Client Solicitor – Associate Level

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor at associate level to join a modern, agile firm in Boston, East Midlands. The role is suitable for candidates who have recently qualified or are at a mid‑career stage and have a solid foundation in private client work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and drafting services on wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Manage the administration of estates, including the preparation of probate applications.
• Support senior team members on complex private client transactions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high standards of service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 1‑4 years of experience in private client work.
• Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
• Membership of STEP or a clear intention to obtain it.
• Commitment to a defined career path within a forward‑looking firm.

Required skills

• Legal research and drafting.
• Client communication and case management.
