Private Client Servicing Analyst

About the role

A San Antonio-based Private Client Servicing Analyst is sought to join the Private Client Administration team in Global Technology & Operations, working a hybrid schedule. The analyst supports the full lifecycle of private client relationships as an operational partner to Sales, Portfolio Management and other Operations teams, managing a designated client base and ensuring account servicing is accurate, efficient and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Client account administration: oversee client servicing, coordinate transfers, account maintenance and transactional requests, and resolve exceptions while upholding operational controls and regulatory requirements.
• Operations and account servicing: reconcile custody and accounting systems, coordinate asset transfers with brokers, banks, custodians and transfer agents, and monitor account activity and cost basis.
• Client reporting, tax and regulatory support: process capital activity entries, validate account information and documentation, resolve discrepancies, and perform quality assurance reviews of account activity and client data.
• Partnership and client service: act as operational contact for Sales, Portfolio Management and other stakeholders, resolve account inquiries, support offshore operational teams, and help review client communications on outgoing cash movements and third-party disbursements.
• Take part in strategic projects, product launches and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Internship or prior experience in financial services, wealth management, investment operations, brokerage, banking or asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to work well with teammates.
