Principal Project Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Principal Project Manager to drive its customer experience strategy within the Global Business Solutions Center. The role will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across Shared Services, partnering with finance, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and other business units to align initiatives with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions for continuous improvement.
• Create, manage, and distribute status and progress reports for leadership and project teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on critical project deliverables, risks, and timelines.

Required profile

• Highly collaborative professional with strong process and project‑management expertise.
• Ability to coordinate global relationships across cross‑functional teams, third‑party providers, and regional stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with operational workstream leads and internal partners to identify opportunities and develop project plans.
