Principal Product Manager, Healthcare Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of Mytonomy’s patient education and engagement platform. In this strategic position you will shape product strategy, lead cross‑functional delivery, and leverage AI and integration capabilities to improve patient outcomes and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements and delivery for core areas of the Mytonomy platform.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, healthcare trends and analytics into clear priorities and scalable solutions.
• Lead discovery, research, testing and data‑driven decision‑making to validate opportunities and reduce risk.
• Drive product development across cross‑functional teams from concept through launch and adoption.
• Expand the integration ecosystem, including EMR/EHR, CRM, APIs and third‑party healthcare technology solutions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success and client services on go‑to‑market strategy, positioning and commercialization.
• Identify and evaluate AI, machine‑learning, predictive and generative AI use cases to enhance product performance and patient outcomes.
• Assess new product opportunities, build investment cases and determine commercial viability.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, patient engagement or enterprise software.
• Track record of defining, launching and scaling commercially successful products.
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, including EMR/EHR, CRM platforms, APIs, interoperability standards and data environments.
• Experience using data, analytics, customer research and market insights to shape product strategy.
