Principal – Cell Therapy Competitive Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Principal to lead cell‑therapy competitive‑strategy projects for global biopharma clients. The role combines strategic consulting, competitive intelligence and project leadership across the full product life‑cycle, from early pipeline to post‑launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of competitive‑strategy and intelligence engagements, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
• Report progress, risks and resource needs to senior leadership (Director, AVP or VP).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Coach and supervise analysts and consultants, delegating workstreams and reviewing deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal Commercial, Medical and Competitive Strategy practices to integrate insights.

Required profile

• Passion for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in project management or consulting within life‑science or competitive‑strategy environments.
• Deep understanding of the US biopharmaceutical market and trends.
• Self‑starter with strong motivation to work in a fast‑growing, PE‑backed firm.
