Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practice Provider

About the role

A small, independently owned primary care practice in Colorado Springs is looking for a physician or advanced practice provider to join its group of five clinicians. Open specialties are Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, and new graduates are welcome to apply. The practice offers standard primary care, minor surgeries, cryotherapy and similar procedures, and gynecology services (no obstetrics).

What we offer

• Advanced practice providers: $50 to $56 per hour, or a salary of $120,000 to $140,000; physicians are typically paid on an RVU basis.
• Full-time schedule of 32 clinical hours per week, with health insurance and a 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution after one year.
• Vacation accruing from day one and rolling over, with 3.08 hours per pay period for full-time staff; 6 paid holidays.
• Sick time of 80 hours for full-time and 42 hours for part-time employees.
• An annual bonus shared by the whole team, based on the practice's performance.
• CME time off available on request (no stipend).
