Preventive Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Mechanic to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on our facility machinery. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and other systems as required.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily paperwork, documenting parts and material usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to plant safety rules.
• Serve as a backup production line worker when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lb throughout the shift.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Provide own tools (except in California locations).

Required skills

• Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and HMI interfaces.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
