Press Operator – Production Role

About the role

Join a leading injection‑molding manufacturer as a Press Operator. You will help produce, inspect, and package retail storage and janitorial products in a safe, clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work area and promote zero‑accident operations.
• Lift and remove parts from the conveyor line.
• Trim, assemble, and pack parts according to customer specifications.
• Supply the production lines and packing areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2–3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts (day or night) and complete any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lb (team lift up to 80 lb).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and authorize a background check.
