President of Government Strategy & Partnerships

About the role

Brain Co. is seeking a President of Government Strategy & Partnerships to lead its government technology business. The role will shape strategy, drive revenue, and build partnerships across cities, states, and countries, leveraging the company’s AI‑native operating system for regulated institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a sales organization capable of navigating government procurement and fast‑moving commercial deals worldwide.
• Close anchor contracts with major municipalities and states, then expand them into multi‑year, enterprise‑wide agreements.
• Convert pilot projects into long‑term contracts and identify new government workflows to target.
• Serve as the senior relationship holder for government and industry partners.
• Collaborate closely with product and AI engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in government technology, strategy, or partnerships.
• Track record of building and scaling sales teams that win large public‑sector contracts.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and commercial deal cycles.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable customer value.
