President, Medical Group & Physician Enterprise

About the role

The President of Sinai Medical Group & Physician Enterprise provides senior executive leadership for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of Sinai’s physician enterprise and ambulatory services. This role ensures the organization has the necessary physician capacity, network, and partnerships to meet its mission and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and drive growth for Sinai Medical Group and the broader physician enterprise.
• Oversee physician recruitment, retention, compensation, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead provider workforce planning, including advanced practice provider deployment.
• Direct ambulatory operations through the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations & Access, focusing on performance, access strategy, clinic expansion, scheduling, referral management, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, academic affiliations, residency programs, and community physician networks.
• Ensure financial stewardship, operational accountability, and alignment with organizational mission.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in healthcare, physician enterprise, or medical group leadership.
• Strong track record of strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational performance.
• Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive cultural engagement.
• Experience with network development, academic affiliations, and partnership management.
