Premium Supervisor - Mid Florida Credit Union Amphitheater

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Premium Supervisor for its Mid Florida Credit Union amphitheater in Tampa. The supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of stand workers in the VIP area, supervising set-up and closing procedures, keeping workstations clean and stocked, and ensuring food preparation meets Legends' and the board of health's guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing (counting inventory, prep, cleaning)
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners, and complete required paperwork accurately
• Ensure staff follow alcohol policies and manage staff so food preparation meets health and Legends guidelines
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and work with other stand personnel at closing to count ending inventory, clean equipment and organize stock
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and handle area schedules
• Perform inventory at assigned locations, maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures
• Provide personal service to guests, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and follow safety policies and report incidents through the company's risk management system

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, punctual and dependable
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and read and write English
• Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service

Required skills

• Knowledge of the POS system, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures
• Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials and services
• Knowledge of the venue layout and assigned area
