Premium Supervisor - Gorge Amphitheater

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Premium Supervisor for the VIP area at Gorge Amphitheater. The supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of stand workers, supervises set-up and closing procedures, keeps workstations clean and stocked, and ensures food preparation and alcohol policies are followed. The pay is $21-$23 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing (counting inventory, prep, cleaning).
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners, and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure employees follow alcohol policies and that food preparation meets Legends and the board of health guidelines.
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and help count ending inventory, clean equipment and organize stock at closing.
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and handle area schedules.
• Perform inventory at assigned locations, maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and complete safety training; report safety incidents through the company's risk management system.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of the venue layout and the food and beverage menu, specials and services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and to stand and walk long distances.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service.

Required skills

• POS system knowledge, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures.
• Ability to read and maintain information, perform simple math, and communicate in English.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
