Premium Supervisor - Gorge Amphitheater

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Premium Supervisor for the VIP area at Gorge Amphitheater. The supervisor coordinates the activities of stand workers, oversees stand set-up and closing, keeps workstations clean and stocked, and ensures food preparation and alcohol policies are followed. The pay rate is $21-$23 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee stand set-up and closing procedures such as inventory counts, prep and cleaning.
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners, and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure employees follow alcohol policies and that food preparation meets Legends and the board of health guidelines.
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and help count ending inventory, clean equipment and organize stock at closing.
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and handle area schedules.
• Perform inventory at assigned locations, maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Provide personal service to guests, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and follow safety policies and report incidents through the company's risk management system.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Ability to read and write English, perform simple math calculations, and work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the POS system, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials and services.
• Knowledge of the venue layout and assigned area.
