Pre-School Multi-Sport Coach

About the role

Amazing Athletes, part of Youth Athletes United, is looking for coaches for its multi-sport enrichment program for preschoolers. Founded in 2003, the program serves more than 50,000 children each year and offers a non-competitive, fun approach with positive reinforcement. New coaches can work 5 to 25 classes per week, earning $18 per hour and up to $25 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Teach multi-sport classes to preschool children using the provided curriculum and training.
• Give each child individual attention and use a non-competitive, stress-free approach.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their success.
• Follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual and Curriculum and attend training and open to feedback.

Required profile

• Availability for most classes in the mornings and early afternoons, Monday to Friday, 9:00-11:00 am and 2:00-4:00 pm.
• Willingness to travel up to half an hour between class locations at schools, parks and recreational centers.
