Practice Manager - Myeloma/Transplant Cellular Therapy

About the role

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a full‑time Practice Manager to lead its Myeloma and Transplant Cellular Therapy practice. This role oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with university policies, and serves as a key liaison among patients, physicians, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to ensure effective patient services.
• Maintain liaison with administrators, physicians, and external organizations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, analyze trends, and make recommendations.
• Develop and enforce operating policies in line with university standards.
• Review facility usage to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct utilization reviews and track clinical plan goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in healthcare practice management.
• Strong operational management skills to optimize day‑to‑day processes.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with office software and relevant computer applications.
