PR & Production Intern

About the role

Join Jacques Marie Mage, a Los Angeles‑based luxury eyewear brand, as a PR & Production Intern. This onsite internship offers hands‑on experience supporting the public relations team and gaining insight into the production side of a high‑end fashion label.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate PR loan requests, manage sample send‑outs and returns, and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
• Oversee press sample inventory, ensuring pieces are in good condition and readily available for media use.
• Organise and ship press gifting packages across the U.S., aligning deliveries with brand guidelines and timelines.
• Provide daily support for press inquiries, preparing visuals, press materials, and compiling coverage reports.
• Assist in planning and executing PR events such as store openings, press days, dinners, and brand activations.
• Serve as a primary contact for PR agencies, facilitating communication, follow‑ups, and deadline management.
• Support the PR team with administrative duties and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Fashion, Luxury Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury, fashion, and design.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
