Power Parts Sales and Service Coordinator

About the role

1 Resource Group is looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Power Parts and Service Coordinator to join its clients' team in Panama City, Florida. You will coordinate parts and service operations so that service orders run smoothly. Experience with generator parts and service is required.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.
• Manage parts inventory and make sure parts are available for service orders and delivered to site.
• Process customer orders and give accurate price estimates.
• Help generate sales by promoting services and parts to customers.
• Answer customer questions and give prompt, efficient support.
• Work with service technicians and parts staff to keep operations running well.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in generator parts and service; customer service or coordination experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and use of web-based programs.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Organization and attention to detail.
