Post Producer – Advertising Production

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS agency is seeking an experienced Post Producer to lead the editing and finishing of advertising content across multiple platforms. You will work in a collaborative, client‑facing environment, balancing creative vision with production realities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with producers, directors, editors, designers, animators, AI artists, and audio engineers to deliver high‑quality content.
• Assess project scopes, develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Interface with clients, track revisions, and ensure quality control throughout the post‑production process.
• Brief and manage editors, animators, AI artists, and audio team members.
• Coordinate with Creative, Account Management, and Executive Producers to meet high expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advertising post‑production, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.

Required skills

• Experience managing editors, animators, AI artists, and audio engineers.
• Ability to create and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency in quality‑control processes for multi‑platform content.
