Post-Implementation CRM Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced CRM consultant to lead post‑go‑live enhancements for life‑science clients. You will act as the technical lead for multiple live accounts, translating business strategies into scalable configurations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end configuration and deployment of CRM suite enhancements.
• Ensure all deliverables follow architectural best practices and meet client timelines.
• Translate business requests into technical designs and functional specifications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering proactive system‑optimization recommendations.
• Maintain high monthly utilization by managing a portfolio of clients in a shared‑dedicated capacity.
• Conduct impact assessments for product releases and advise on feature interactions.
• Resolve technical escalations, identify architectural gaps, and implement configuration fixes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of billable consulting experience in a client‑facing professional services or managed services role.
• Hands‑on expertise building and configuring CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva), including security models, validation rules, flow automation, and deployment lifecycles.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical constraints to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Life‑sciences industry knowledge (preferred).
• Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault certification (preferred).
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or data integration tools (preferred).
