Post-Implementation Consultant – Master Data Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Post‑Implementation Consultant to support live customers on its Network Master Data Management platform. In this remote, full‑time position you will act as the primary subject‑matter expert, ensuring clients’ MDM ecosystems remain healthy, optimized, and compliant with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory on aligning Veeva Network capabilities with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the Network‑to‑CRM interface, validate Data Change Requests, and maintain end‑to‑end data integrity.
• Own long‑term performance of the Network environment, identifying technical debt and driving optimizations.
• Guide customers on best‑practice configurations for match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client‑reported issues related to data, configuration, or platform performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management or Life Sciences data operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, or comparable MDM platforms.
• Proven consulting experience with a customer‑facing focus and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to maintain an 80% billable utilization target.
