About the role

Rocky Mountain Senior Care, Colorado's largest post-acute care practice, is hiring a physician in Colorado Springs. It has more than 100 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants serving patients in more than 700 facilities, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins. The Colorado Springs team is growing and is looking for a physician, full time or part time.

Key responsibilities

• Care for patients across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care and group homes, with a wide range of pathology.
• Work alongside advanced practice providers and use supervisory skills to lead a team.
• Shape your own schedule and lifestyle balance within the practice.

Required profile

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers.
• Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome.

What we offer

• Target salary of $275,000+, with an uncapped wRVU income structure.
• Call every other month, on your terms: weekday $200, weekend $275, holidays $300.
