Portfolio Manager

About the role

As a Portfolio Manager you will drive separation technologies for service and capital sales in the municipal and industrial wastewater market. You will define portfolio direction based on customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, translating them into clear priorities and roadmap recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies for wastewater separation technologies.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Own portfolio prioritization and lifecycle decisions, including investment, enhancement, optimization, and retirement recommendations.
• Create and maintain 3‑to‑5‑year portfolio roadmaps.
• Support value‑based pricing, profitability improvement, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Product Management to identify new market opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Support product launches, commercialization efforts, and ongoing portfolio lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Senior professional with a technical background and solid experience in portfolio or product management.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional topics without formal authority.
• Experience in municipal or industrial wastewater applications and mechanical separation technologies is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
