Pool Ambassador

About the role

The Pool Ambassador welcomes guests to the pool area and ensures a friendly, professional experience. You will maintain the pool deck, support guests with amenities, and assist with bar and concession operations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage lounge chairs, umbrellas, daybeds, cabanas, towels, and water stations.
• Set up, break down, and store pool furniture, equipment, and supplies each day.
• Keep the pool deck and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Deliver items from kitchens, storage, coolers, and freezers while monitoring inventory and minimizing waste.
• Support bar and concessions by stocking supplies, maintaining displays, and following liquor liability and food safety standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Self‑starting attitude with a calm disposition.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Willingness to pitch‑in and collaborate with teammates.
• Ability to understand guest requests, memos, reservations, and promotional materials.
• Strong customer‑service skills, including handling complaints with empathy and proactive solutions.
• Capability to build effective working relationships with associates and guests.
