Platform Manager, Instagram

About the role

You will own the day‑to‑day publishing and community presence of MrBeast on Instagram, shaping how the brand appears on the platform and turning every post, story and interaction into a strategic advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch, create and publish feed posts, Reels and Stories for the MrBeast Instagram account.
• Manage and engage with the community, responding to comments, messages and trends in real time.
• Translate overall brand and content strategy into Instagram‑specific creative and engagement tactics.
• Identify opportunities for content and community initiatives that support audience growth, partnerships and monetisation.
• Collaborate with Social Analytics and Growth teams to align organic content with performance insights and paid strategy.
• Monitor community sentiment, cultural trends and fan behaviour to inform real‑time decisions.
• Support major content launches and live events by driving conversation and interaction at scale.
• Contribute to content planning workflows, including calendars and publishing cadence.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of Instagram’s ecosystem, tone, timing and platform‑specific behaviour.
• Creative conviction to bring ideas directly to the brand founder.
• Ability to act quickly on trends while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as analytics, growth and partnerships.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts at scale.
• Expertise in creating feed posts, Reels and Stories.
• Familiarity with community engagement best practices and real‑time interaction.
