Content Marketing and Communication Specialist

About the role

Bazaarvoice is looking for a Content Marketing & Communications Specialist to join its content studio. In this role you will help bring the brand narrative to life across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of diverse content types, including reports, event experiences, social posts, website copy, video scripts, and support materials for integrated campaigns.
• Apply an editorial lens to the content pipeline, guaranteeing relevance, technical accuracy, and alignment with the Bazaarvoice brand voice.
• Ensure messaging is consistent and optimized for each platform, such as social media, web pages, and events.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and collateral for industry events, maintaining a cohesive brand narrative.
• Partner with the content team to execute the content calendar, manage briefings, and track timelines for recurring projects.
• Track content performance metrics and use insights to refine the approach and drive engagement.
