Pipeline Operator – Cheyenne, WY

About the role

ONEOK is looking for a dedicated Operator to join its Cheyenne, WY terminal team. The role works a Monday‑Friday dayshift schedule with occasional overtime and on‑call responsibilities, focusing on safe and reliable product movement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound product movements, including mainline operations and transfers to storage vessels.
• Operate valves, refined product pumps, and perform product sampling for laboratory analysis.
• Measure physical stock, meter readings, and additive variances, and input data into computer systems.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and assist drivers with truck rack operations.
• Support technicians with maintenance tasks and participate in the facility emergency response team.
• Follow company policies, System Integrity Plan (SIP), and OQ requirements, and attend safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree in Petroleum Technology or related field (preferred).
• Three years of experience in a related pipeline or midstream environment (preferred).
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and communicate effectively in English.
• Capability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to changing circumstances.
