About the role

Ready to run high‑speed color lines and help transform pigments and polymers into consistent, high‑performing compounds? As a Pigment Blending Production Technician at Teknor Apex you will operate batch manufacturing equipment on the 3rd shift, ensuring product quality and on‑time delivery for a global materials leader.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and keep lines running at targeted speeds.
• Meet strict quality standards and complete precise production records.
• Identify issues early, troubleshoot or escalate as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, lean work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Attend full‑time, on‑site schedule and support mandatory overtime.

Required profile

• Manufacturing background preferred with ability to learn quickly in a team environment.
• Self‑directed, able to finish tasks thoroughly and on time.
• Good judgment on the floor to maintain output.
• Reading, writing and documentation skills.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 55 lb repeatedly, stand for long periods, squat, bend, twist, climb stairs and wear required safety gear.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.

• Basic hand‑tool usage for tooling removal and reassembly.
