Physician Relations Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Physician Relations Specialist to conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellows, gathering recruitment data that healthcare organizations need to place qualified physicians. You will work independently, leveraging social media and outbound calling to connect with physicians and support PracticeMatch’s sourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with physicians to capture personal contact details and future practice preferences.
• Make 80‑100 outbound calls daily to physicians regarding practice opportunities.
• Engage residents and fellows via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Provide physicians with information about PracticeMatch’s career resources.
• Handle inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate data entry of interview information and meet daily/weekly call quotas.

Required profile

• Strong listening and professional phone communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, assertive and able to work independently.
• Experience with a sales approach to gate‑keepers and outbound calling preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in market research, sales or customer support is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking and attention to detail.
