Physician - Nephrology

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Nephrologist to join its multi‑specialty practice in Provo, Utah. The role offers a collaborative, physician‑led environment focused on high‑quality, patient‑centered kidney care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nephrology services to a diverse patient population.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency and nephrology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• Current Utah medical license (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Current DEA registration and ACLS certification (or required specialty certification).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership qualities and commitment to professional excellence.
