About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a contracted Physical Therapy Assistant to join the interdisciplinary team at the Kids First clinic in Warren. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy to children from birth to five years old who present with gross motor delays or disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services using best‑practice techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for young patients and their families.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Required skills

• Evidence‑based therapy techniques for pediatric gross motor disorders.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary clinical team.
