Physical Therapy Aide

About the role

Ivy Rehab is looking for Physical Therapy Aides in its Philadelphia clinic. The aides are valued members of the clinic team who help keep the equipment and clinic safe and clean for patients, and support the front office team.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the equipment and clinic safe and clean for patients
• Support the front office team, such as answering phones, collecting copays and checking in patients
• Communicate with patients and their family members

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
• Proven customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated, with flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends
• Openness to students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or anyone who wants to work in healthcare
