About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic team at Sheffield Family Health Center as a Physical Therapist focused on outpatient orthopedics. You will work Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑7:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm, providing patient‑first care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques appropriate to age and condition.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other support personnel.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or certificate from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

Proficiency in standard physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
Ability to walk, climb stairs, lift patients, and maintain balance as described in physical requirements.
