Physical Therapist – New Graduate Opportunity

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking newly‑graduated Physical Therapists to join its Maryland team. You will receive structured orientation, mentorship, and one‑on‑one patient care in home settings, helping adults and geriatric clients maintain independence.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and mobility in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize safety and independence.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license‑eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
