About the role

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient interactions daily.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and home‑care activities.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Utilize treatment tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain productivity and adjust schedules for clinic needs or emergencies.
• Participate in quality and safety improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and direct assistants and support staff.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy preferred; master’s or bachelor’s accepted.
• Current licensure in physical therapy.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Required skills
