Physical Therapist – Home Health (Part‑time Weekend)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for part‑time weekend home health visits in Davidson County, serving adult and geriatric clients throughout Randolph County, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits in the designated geographic territory, conducting diagnostic tests, mobility assessments, balance testing and safety evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that include manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance work and wound‑care interventions.
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations on a tablet‑based electronic medical record system.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA‑approved PT program.
• Ability to work independently, strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
