About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. This day‑shift position (8 am‑5 pm) supports professional and departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services to patients of varying ages, adhering to Arkansas state regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all Staff Therapist II facility competencies.
Required skills
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to apply physical therapy knowledge appropriate to patient age groups.
